Ammara Nadeem completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Lahore (UOL), Pakistan in 2017, graduating as a Gold Medalist and Topper of her batch from 2012-2017. She has been practicing as a Physiotherapist since then, initially in a private clinic in Pakistan. Upon moving to Australia, she worked full-time at Core Physiotherapy and Pilates Studio in Morphett Vale, Adelaide for nearly 2 years. Currently, she serves as a Clinical Team Leader Physiotherapist at a private clinic in Homebush, overseeing junior Physios and new graduates. Her professional focus is on general Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy with a special interest in lower back, neck, and sports injuries.

In her leisure time, Ammara enjoys spending time with her 4-year-old daughter and husband. She has a passion for cooking for her family, exploring new places, and experiencing diverse cuisines. While Pakistani food holds a special place in her heart, she also appreciates Chinese cuisine.
